Examen Civiquemoncivique.app

Terms of use

The rules for using the app and what happens to your purchases, written to be understood.

In force since 26 October 2026.

In short

  • An app to prepare the French civic exam. It is not official and does not guarantee you will pass.
  • Part of it is free. Full access is bought in the app, at the price the App Store shows.
  • Payments, cancellations and refunds go through Apple.

Who we are

“Examen Civique 2026 : Réussir” is an app by Savyo Brenner, an independent developer based in Madrid (Spain). For any question: contact.ntpco@gmail.com.

Licence

By downloading the app from the App Store you accept Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA), which is the app's licence, and these terms, which complete it. Where one of them protects you less than Apple's EULA, the more favourable one applies.

You may use the app for your own preparation, not commercially. You may not copy, extract or redistribute our answers, explanations, exercises or illustrations, or reuse them in another app, book or course.

What the app is, and what it is not

It is a study tool. Statements marked “Official” come from the lists of questions published by the French Ministry of the Interior (Licence Ouverte / Etalab 2.0), with the date of the list. The answers, explanations, translations and “Exercises” (real-life situations) are written by us: exercises are not official questions. Every explanation cites its source, usually the matching page of the ministry's civic training website.

The app has no link with the Ministry of the Interior, OFII, prefectures or exam centres, and does not represent them. Readiness is an estimate based on your answers: it guides you but does not guarantee the result. Despite our checks, a mistake or a gap with a recent rule is possible; when in doubt, the official text prevails. If you find one, write to us and we will fix it for everyone.

Purchases

What is free

One whole theme and one mock exam are free, with no time limit. The other themes, the other mock exams and reviewing the mistakes from those themes are part of full access.

Full access, one-time purchase

It is a purchase that does not renew: you pay once and keep full access on your Apple account for as long as the app is available. You get it back on another iPhone with “Restore purchases”.

Subscriptions

If the app ever offers a subscription, its length and price will be shown before you buy. It will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Prices, payment and refunds

Prices are those shown by the App Store at the time of purchase, taxes included. Apple processes every payment: we never see your card. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Full access is digital content provided straight away. By confirming the purchase you ask for access to start immediately and accept that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once it has started. This does not affect your rights if the app does not work as described.

Fair use

Do not try to get around purchases, modify the app or extract its content automatically.

Intellectual property

The answers, explanations, translations, exercises, illustrations, design and name of the app are ours or used under licence. The official statements remain under Licence Ouverte / Etalab 2.0 and are credited as such.

Liability

We do our best for the app to work and its content to be right, but it is provided as is. Except where the law forbids limiting it (for example damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence), we are not liable for the result of your exam or for indirect damage from using the app. Nothing here limits your consumer rights.

Changes and end of service

We may update the app and these terms. If a change affects you significantly, we will announce it in the app or on this page before it applies. The questions live inside the app: it keeps working offline.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. As a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live.
